Higher education projects are considered institutional.  They require higher levels of coordination between trades and contain complex MEP systems.  Having worked on these types of projects as the mechanical contractor, we are able to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions while working with limited above ceiling space.  Design-assist is offered for our institutional projects.
